Section 4 – Product Information & Handmade Disclaimer
All of our press-on nails are individually handcrafted with care. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur between sets. These are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
Section 5 – Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any part thereof without notice.
Section 6 – Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it has been dispatched with tracking information.
- UK standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- International delivery: timelines vary by location
If you need to change your delivery address or order details, please cancel and reorder before shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing.
To ensure you choose the right size, please refer to our sizing guide and application tutorials on our home page. You may also contact us with your measurements at messages@lulune.co.uk — we’re happy to help.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken, or
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us first at messages@lulune.co.uk with your order ID and photo evidence.
- Ensure the item is unused, includes all toolkit items, and is in its original packaging.
- Send it back only after receiving our approval. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
Once we confirm the return is valid, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
