Return & Exchange
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
• You no longer want the item
• You ordered the wrong size
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order and measure your nail sizes before purchasing.
You can refer to our sizing guide and application tutorials on the home page for help.
If you're unsure, feel free to email us your measurements at messages@lulune.co.uk— we're happy to assist!
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at messages@lulune.co.uk with your order ID and clear photos of the issue.
We typically respond within 2–5 business days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• It must be unused, with all tool kit items included
• It must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Once we receive and confirm the returned package is in its original condition, you will receive a confirmation email. A refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
